MotleyFitness was launched to provide you with simple yet effective home fitness workouts which will help you to burn fat and build functional muscle. Through a combination of bodyweight exercises (calisthenics), cardio workouts, weight training and some exercises derived from yoga and the martial arts these workouts will get your blood pumping and your muscles burning in no time.
